WasaRidge Cabernet Franc IJswijn, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario

This Cabernet Franc Icewine grapes were harvested at -10 C in the Niagara Peninsula in the cold Canadian Ontario winter. The frozen grapes were then gently pressed, fermented and aged to produce this premium icewine. 

Bursting with aromas of raspberry and strawberry followed by the rich flavours of red fruit on the pallet, this icewine is perfect to be enjoyed on its own, or served with desserts or flavourful dishes that include dark chocolate.
