WasaRidge Vidal Icewine

This Vidal Icewine grapes were harvested at -10 C in the Niagara Peninsula in the cold Canadian Ontario winter. The frozen grapes were then gently pressed, fermented and aged to produce this premium icewine. 

Bursting with aromas of tangerine, honey and apricot followed by the rich flavours of peach and orange blossom, this icewine is perfect to be enjoyed on its own, or served with desserts or flavourful dishes such as creamy curries.
